For hotels, lodges, tour operators and DMCs
Your product, in front of the advisors selling it.
Outdoor Travel Adventures builds bespoke itineraries for travellers who ask us what to book and then book it. The partner portal is how you tell us what you have, keep it current, and see what it did — without a single PDF rate sheet attached to an email.
Free, and not a booking channel — advisors still book with you directly.
Why partners use it
The point is that an advisor never has to guess.
Most of what goes wrong between a supplier and an agency is a fact that changed and did not travel. The portal is where those facts live.
Advisors see what is true today
A closure, a renovation or a week of limited capacity reaches the advisors who already have clients booked with you — the same day you record it, not when someone calls to reconfirm.
One place your product lives
Rooms, tours and experiences described once, in the fields our advisors actually match on. No re-sending the same fact sheet to a different person each season.
Photography with the rights attached
Upload an image once and tell us what we may do with it. Our advisors and editors use it knowing they are allowed to — which is why your property gets shown rather than a stock photo of somewhere similar.
Reviewed, not dumped into a database
Everything you submit is checked by OTA before advisors see it. That is slower than self-publishing and deliberately so: it is what makes an advisor trust the listing in front of them.
Inside the portal
What you get on day one.
These five sections are open to every partner from the moment we set you up.
Dashboard
Where things stand, and what is waiting on you.
- Listings we have sent back for more detail, in one place.
- Unfinished drafts, with the step you stopped at.
- Where to go next when you are new and the portal is empty.
My Inventory
The properties, tours and experiences our advisors can see. Everything you add is reviewed by OTA before it goes live.
- A five-step wizard — basics, details, availability, media, publishing — that saves as you go.
- Drafts nobody but you can see until you send them.
- We email you when a listing is approved, or if we need more from you.
Operations
Closures, renovations and limited capacity. What you record here reaches the advisors who already have clients booked with you.
- Date windows against a specific product, with a note for advisors.
- Closure, renovation, limited or open — labelled so nobody has to interpret it.
- Recorded once, seen by everyone selling you.
Media Library
Your photography, shared across every listing. Upload it once, tell us what we may do with it, and our advisors and editors can use it with confidence.
- Usage rights recorded against each image, not assumed.
- One library serving all of your listings.
- Replace an image everywhere by replacing it once.
Account
Your business details, how we reach you, and who on your team can sign in.
- Contacts by role, so a rate question and an operations question reach different people.
- You authorise your own colleagues by email — no ticket to us.
- Sign in with a work Microsoft or Google account, or a link sent to your inbox.
Rolling out
And what is arriving.
We open these partner by partner rather than all at once. You will see them in your navigation, marked as coming, before they open to you.

Getting started
Four steps, and none of them are a contract negotiation.
- 1
Ask for access
Tell us who you are and what you operate. There is no self-serve signup — we open the portal to partners we work with or want to.
- 2
We set your business up
We create your business record and authorise your first sign-in. From then on you add your own colleagues yourself.
- 3
Describe your product
The inventory wizard walks through basics, details, availability and photography. Save and come back — a draft keeps your place.
- 4
We review, then advisors see it
OTA checks each listing before it goes live. Once it is live, keeping it true is a two-minute job in Operations rather than a phone call.
How-to
See it before you commit to it.
Short walkthroughs of the jobs you will actually do in the portal — adding a listing, recording a closure, uploading photography, giving a colleague access.
Questions
The ones we are always asked.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. The portal is how we work with partners; it is not a listing fee or a subscription.
- Is this a booking channel?
- No. Advisors book with you the way they already do. The portal is where the product, the availability picture and the marketing work live — not the reservation.
- Who can sign in from my team?
- Anyone you authorise. We set up the first person; after that you add and remove colleagues yourself on the Account page, using whatever work login they already have — Microsoft, Google, Apple, Facebook, or a link emailed to them.
- How long does a listing take to go live?
- It goes to OTA for review once you submit it. We email you when it is approved, or if we need more detail before it can be.
- Do I get every section listed on this page?
- The five sections marked as open are available to every partner. The rest are opened partner by partner as we roll them out — you will see them in your nav, marked as coming, before they open.
- What happens to photography I upload?
- It is used by our advisors and editors within the usage rights you record against it, on OTA itineraries and brand sites. Record narrower rights and we hold to them.
Tell us what you operate.
There is no self-serve signup — we open the portal to partners we work with or want to. A short form is enough to start that conversation.
